This policy explains what personal data Sesiku handles and why. Clubs control their members' data; Sesiku processes it on their behalf to run the booking system.
1. What we collect
Club owner and staff details (name, email, phone), members' details entered by the club or the member (name, contact details, bookings, credits, attendance), payment records, and technical data such as logs and cookies needed to keep you signed in.
2. How we use it
To provide bookings, reminders and payments, to secure accounts, to support clubs, and to bill the club's plan. We do not sell personal data or use members' data for our own marketing.
3. Sharing
Only with service providers needed to run Sesiku (hosting, email and messaging, payment processing), under confidentiality obligations, or when the law requires it.
4. Cookies
We use essential cookies for sign-in, language and currency preferences. We do not use advertising cookies.
5. Retention
Data is kept while the club's account is active and deleted after the club closes its account, except records we must keep by law (such as invoices).
6. Your rights
Members can ask their club to see, correct or delete their details. Club owners can manage their data in the back office or contact us.
7. Security
Data is encrypted in transit, each club's data is kept separate, and passwords are stored only as secure hashes.
